Banana Bread

Ingredients:

• 2 cups FRULPA banana puree
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
• ½ cup chopped nuts
• ½ cup melted butter

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Combine the butter and sugar in a large bowl.
• Add the eggs one at a time and the vanilla extract.
• Add the banana puree and whisk.
• Mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Add it to the batter.
• Add the nuts.
• Grease a pan and pour the preparation into it.
• Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
• Cool for 20 minutes and serve.
