Blackberry Mousse

Ingredients:

• 1 cup FRULPA Blackberry puree
• 14g gelatin
• 1 cup whipping cream
• ½ cup of sugar
• ¼ cup of water

Instructions:

• Dissolve the gelatin with cold water.
• Mix the gelatin with the blackberry puree, and sugar, bring to boil on medium heat. Allow to cool 10 minutes.
• In a bowl add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
• With a spatula mix the cream with the blackberry mixture.
• Put the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate until serving.
