Guava Charlotte

Ingredients:

• 1 lt. FRULPA guava puree
• 32 oz cream cheese
• 1 can condensed milk
• 1 tsp. Lemon juice
• 1 tsp. Cinammon powder
• 14 g gelatin powder
• 1 box ladyfingers

Instructions:

• In a bowl beat cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and cinammon together.
• Add 3 cups of guava puree and mix well.
• Place plastic wrap in a pan and fill the bottom with ladyfingers for the first layer then cover ladyfingers with the guava mixture, make some layers with ladyfingers and mixture until pan is fully covered. Place pan in the refrigerator.
• For the glaze dissolve the gelatin with water and mix with 1 cup of guava puree.
• Cover the Charlotte with the gelatin and chill for one hour.
