Red Fruits Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1 cup FRULPA red fruits puree
• 2 chicken breasts
• ½ cup red wine
• ½ cup chicken broth
• 1 tbsp. vinegar
• ½ onion
• 1 garlic clove
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

• Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
• In a frying pan place the breasts with olive oil, seal on both sides over medium-high heat, cover the pan and let cook for 20 minutes over medium-low heat.
• Blend the red fruits puree, wine, chicken broth, vinegar, onion and garlic.
• In a small pot put a tsp. of oil and place the red fruit sauce, let it boil and set aside.
• Serve the chicken breast and place the red fruit sauce on top.
