Salmon With Passion Fruit Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of FRULPA passion fruit puree
• 1 Tbsp. Butter
• ½ finely chopped onion
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 4 Salmon fillets
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

• Put the salmon fillets in the oven with salt, pepper and olive oil to taste, leave to cook for 15 minutes.
• In a pot put the butter add the onion and garlic until translucent, add the passion fruit puree and sugar, stir and let cook for 10 minutes.
• Remove the salmon from the oven and serve with the passion fruit sauce.
